African Literature and Cultural Society
Stories that cross borders.
We create space for African literature, ideas and cultural expression to be shared, celebrated and carried forward.
A living archive
Books are where conversations begin.
African Literature and Cultural Society is a Gothenburg-based platform for writers, readers, researchers and curious minds.
Through book fairs, talks, readings and workshops, we build bridges between African voices and wider audiences.
